- HNG serves as the lead agency for our CoC and is responsible for the planning and coordination of CoC activities, collaborative and regional funding applications, and administration of our Coordinated Entry System and Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). The CoC is governed by a local body with representation from all three counties. The CoC has developed a structure, following HUD guidelines, to proactively address homelessness in our communities, including collaboratively applying for federal resources that fund much of the CoC’s work.NG become the lead agency for the Continuum of Care in 2019.
