Phyllis plays a key role in the Justice-Involved Transitional Program, assisting individuals reentering in society enrolling them in Medicaid, primary care, along with housing and other essential health services. Her work reflects a deep passion for empowering clients through education and personalized support.
Outside of her professional role, Phyllis enjoys caring for her plants and spending quality time with her family.
